#-###-#### [redacted] Thank you for your letter dated February 7, in regard with Customer [redacted] .We sincerely apologise for not being able to deliver the customer's’ bed in timeI We agree that the usual high standards of our services were not met in this instance.Apparently, the problem was the result of a family emergency (Death in the Family) .Esencia Home Furnishings is family owned and operated, in result of the family emergency we were extremely understaffedAs a result of this situation, we concluded that our business would have to close for three daysTo prevent re-occurrences we have hired new employees (store Managers, Cashiers, and delivery personnel) to make sure business will continue running as usual in case of any other family emergency.Esencia Home Furnishing customer satisfaction is our first priority, we understand how disappointing it can be when customer expectations are not met, that's why we called Mr[redacted] and offered him the bed for free.We also offered Mr [redacted] the delivery for free.Mr [redacted] did accept our offer, he also came into our store and purchased another furniture item, which was mostly paid for using the credit balance he had from the free bed.Attached you will find invoices for Mr [redacted] credit balance and new purchase.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we assure you that this will not happen again.Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further questions.Sincerely, [redacted] President
