I contacted this business to resolve a problem with my computer - nothing was accomplished and the explanation changed when they were unable to resolve- competency and level of service very poor and level of recourse very low - i.e. Only partial refund when service was not rendered.

We have reviewed the case with our customer care team and have resolved the customer's concern.  The ESET customer care team has been able to reinstall ESET on her computer, her license has been extended 1 year and we were able to verify that there are no software programs causing conflict with ESET.
The customer issue is now resolved and considered closed.

ESET Smart Security seems to be a very complete security suite with many user changeable settings to meet your needs. There is a slight glitch with ESET vs Win 8.1 but the techs are working on it and stay in contact to have me try different things to work on a solution. I am impressed with the fact that the techs are willing to spend time on a one-to-one basis to get problems resolved.
