ESF Trucking

Review: On Sunday, May **, 2014 I placed an order for $132.00 with ESF trucking. I chose the option to pay by check. I received a prompt email back from them that evening saying that they await my check for $132.00. A late fee would have gone into affect had I placed my order after 12 am on May **, 2014. Monday, May ** was Memorial Day, so there was no mail service.Tuesday May **,2014 at 1:39 pm, I received a phone call from [redacted] telling me that he is no longer accepting checks and demanding that I pay by credit card. I kindly and politely gave him my credit card information without questioning his rudeness. He DID NOT inform me that he would now be charging me a $35.00 late fee. I would not have given him my credit card information had he informed me that he was doing so, as I DID NOT sign up for the service he was providing late. I signed up in a timely manner, nowhere on his website or in emails received from him does it say that payment must be received by 12 am Tuesday May 27. It simply said you had to sign up by that date.I emailed Mr Fiedler requesting that he credit me back the $35 late charge, as of today , June 6, 2014, he has ignored my email request and has not credited me back the money he wrongfully charged me.Desired Settlement: I request that [redacted] credits the $35 that he owes me back to my credit card
