I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],...

and find that the response to the complaint is unprofessional and spiteful as most interactions with Esh Foods have been. However, after six months of unreturned phone calls and being ignored, they finally furnished an explanation of charges to go along with the random lump sum charge that they placed on my credit card. Based on this explanation of charges that was texted to me, the amount they have credited my account is accurate and this resolution is satisfactory to me. It was not possible to have correct "figures" when Esh Foods ignored our multiple requests for an explanation of charges. Furthermore, the "mountain" was a result of Esh Foods charging our business for someone else's bill. I truly appreciate the quick intervention of the Revdex.com.
