I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was trying to reject the business response but when I write my response it giving an error message .the company stated that I wore the sneakers I did not wear the shoes I have a witness that I will write a swore statement that I dd not wear the sneakers out of the store and they need to produce the video tape showing that I wore the shoes The shoes was not in bad shape I offer the district manger to text a pic of the shoes to her phone to show her the sneakers and she decline. I did not return back to the store because the way the employees was treating me was not acceptable they were very rude I explain to them I would not be able to return before the time to return ran out because e I had to work an go to school that why I offer to send the pics of the sneakers and whoever in the statement said that the shoes was not in good condition was not there to even see the shoes and also when I went to the customer service desk the person at the desk when they receive the call from the district manger started speaking a different language so I could not understand what was being said.

Review: I purchase a pair of sneakers from this store and I ry it on in the store which was a size 9and half in men I felt fine when I try it on for a short period of time . I then wore the sneakers once I experience extreme pain and burning due to the material in the shoe . I imediately contact the company and let them know what happen and I spoke to someone name coffee he told me I will not be a problem just wipe off the shoes and bring it back for a refund . I then went to the store and they gave me such a hard time they told they can exchange the item but not give me back my money which the policy state that a refund is given within 7 days . so I then contact their corporate office and spoke to maria I explain to her I even told her I will take a pic of the snealkers and text it to her and she said no she would call the store and the issue still not resolve .Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and I would give them their sneakers back.

Customer paid for a pair of sneakers, and wore it on her way out. She had problems with the shoe and we offered her an exchange and to find a solution. The shoes weren't clean and weren't in an acceptable condition for us to take them back. Our office manager went out of her way to speak to Nekia, and arranged for Nekia to come to the store the next day to resolve the issue once the store manager was back from his day off. Nekia refused, and said she was busy. We tried to assist her but she never came to the store.

I had made a purchase on 9/**/2014 with my debit card with no ID in front of the store owner who had no problem with my purchase with no ID. Four days later I asked my husband to return a pair of jeans for me with the receipt and our joint account bank card. He was then told that I had to be there in person for them to do the return .... But to purchase it I showed them no ID and they had no problem charging our card. They also gave An excuse saying that the 99cents store across the street has no return policy. I am highly upset about how this store runs its business and now I have to find the time to show my face to receive the funds that are supposed to be given back to me with only the receipt and nothing more.
