Their response indicates I did not stay in the roomI paid for the room and also stayed there with a female friendAt no time did I threaten the manager when I spoke with herI did, however curse due to my total frustration with how this issue was handledThe manager actually told me they had an audio recording that proves they explained the non-smoking policy to my friendAt no time were we told our conversation was recordedThis wouldn't even be admissible in a courtroom since we were recorded without our knowledgeAnd her response is completely contrary to what we were told upon check-in
