RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, they should post at the purchase point if an item is not returnable in the form that you paid. The majority of people aren't going to go look at the details of the return policy prior to purchase. I checked the entire section of Overstock, and not once does it say there is a condition to purchase. Sincerely, [redacted]

Again, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration in our shipping methods. We do not ship to PO Boxes from our overseas facility. Due to the area in which customer lives, [redacted] transfers packages to local [redacted] delivery. This is a unique arrangement that is not our typical shipping procedure, therefore we tried our very best to adapt and retrieve information from our logistics partner to assist the customer. Customer has received her order. Customer has indicated that she would like to return part of her order in which we have supplied a pre-paid label for her convenience to do so. Our supervisors have reached out to customer via phone to see if there is anything else we can do to assist but have not been able to connect. EShakti customer service told me that [redacted] had attempted to deliver--when they had notEShakti customer service then told me that I should call [redacted] to make arrangements to pick up the package [redacted] did not ask me to pick up the packageThe nearest [redacted] facilities are more than miles awayTo recap, eShakti, not ***, stated that I had missed the delivery when in fact no deliver had been attempted by [redacted] and then the same eShakti customer service representative stated I would need to contact [redacted] to arrange to go to [redacted] and pick up the package a drive of more than miles one wayThat is, my dissatisfaction is not with ***, it is with the eShaktiSecond, [redacted] mailed the package to a wrong post office box [redacted] could easily have discovered my PO box number as it was the shipping addressLeaving aside [redacted] for the moment, it me that that had to go to the post office three times in one day and it was me who gave the eShakti customer service representative the name and number of the local post officeContact made by eShakti with the local post office was not spontaneous, initiated by eShakti customer service, or exceptional dedication to resolving the problemBy the time eShakti called the post office I had already made multiple trip to the post office to resolve the problem--figure out where a misaddressed package was In conclusion,eShaktis customer service and my experience of eShakti's customer service was badThey (***) attempted delivery twice = not true; You will have to go to the (***) facility and pick it up = not true; We can't ship to a PO box = not true; We called the post office for you = true but useless as I had already been to the post office multiple times to sort out the problem My complaint is not about ***This is not a [redacted] problemThis is an eShakti customer service problemEShakti's response to this complaint fails to address the issue: eShakti's poor customer service Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for your feedback. Here is our return policy posted on our website for customer review. This is the policy that we followed when processing the return. As the customer has stated that she is no longer interested in shopping with eShakti, we will be happy to convert her store credit of...

$46.70 into a refund to credit card. eShakti’s returns policy - [redacted] clearly states that Overstock items are eligible for only refund via store credit and that shipping costs  will not be refunded.  The statement on our website reads: "Overstock or Special Offer Products: Return of Overstock or Special Offer products will only be refunded in the form of a Gift Card valid for one year. Please note, shipping costs incurred for Overstock or Special Offer products will not be refunded"
