this case resolution process. In order to prove her case, we must gather evidence from multiple third party sources, hospitals, doctor’s office, billing departments, her employer, et. I wish we had more control over the process, but that is just not reality. From there, we must attempt to negotiate a settlement with an insurance company whose main objective is to pay as little for every claim as possible. So, even that is a process. I want nothing more than to resolve [redacted]’s case for her as quickly as possible and for as much as possible. We work on a contingency fee basis which means we receive no payment for our services until we successfully conclude the case. In fact, we have expended our own funds on [redacted]’s behalf in order to gather all the evidence needed. So we have every incentive in the world to resolve her case as soon as possible.
