I am rejecting this response because:  This response does not address all my complaint.  The truck driver involved ran two stop signs, and hit my car, which cost me thousands of dollars, where the company driver was clearly at fault and not me. If the company damages or destroys my property, it is the responsibility of the company to replace this property. Merely calling 911 or the insurance company is clearly insufficent.

In reference to the filed complaint;1.    The driver of the ETI vehicle was the one to place the call to 911.2.    The driver of the ETI vehicle contacted our Insurance on the same date as the incident.3.    As of 5/28/14, our Ins....

Carrier has yet to get a response from the Claimant's Ins.4.    One of the reasons for a business having insurance is to " have the experts handle the details involved, and expedite the outcome for all parties" (relatively speaking )We have provided any and all info to both the responding police and insurance carrier's.Respectfully,

Review: On April 21, 2014, as I was driving at the intersection of Route [redacted] and Route **, I was struck by a truck from Eshelman Transportation Inc. The truck ran a stop sign at about 11:00 in clear weather. My car was towed to a nearby body shop, and declared a total loss. I have since emailed the company that the loss was total, but received no response. (The truck driver also had a copy of the police report, case #[redacted].)Desired Settlement: I would like the Eshelman Company to pay to replace the [redacted] I drove, as insurance does not pay the entire replacement cost.
