Review: June 28, 2014 sent seller email message confirming details of a product offered on ebay. Confirmed that it was as advertised and entire fuel cannister. Later June 28, Buyer made purchase via ebay. Item arrived July 21, 2014 and was not as described. Buyer contacted seller, seller admitted mistake and offered refund on July 22. July 28, 2014 Seller FINALLY provided information for return shipping and Return Authorization number. Item was promptly shipped back to the seller via Canada Post with tracking on July 28, 2014 and Canada Post Tracking confirms receipt by Seller July 30, 2014.

Numerous attempts to receive a refund from the seller have been attempted for the months of August and September. Seller claiming they did not receive the shipment back even though seller has provided the tracking number to them on more than one occasion. Communication with Seller was excellent before purchase, they now appear to be stalling. By stalling they have gone over the time offered by ebay and paypals buyer protection policies.Desired Settlement: Refund of purchase price of $41.94 Cdn plus $9.16 in the buyers cost to ship the item back to the seller.
