3 incorrect prices on receipt. Rude customer service when called. No offer to make it right. Was told I would have to drive 45 minutes back and then 45 minutes back home. I was overcharged and I believe with THREE times on the receipt it was intentional. Is Esh's doing this to multiple customers. Scam! Rip off!

I have tried calling and was told I would have to drive 45 minutes north and 45 minutes back to Boulder from Loveland where the store is to be issued a refund and that it was just an "honest mistake." I was charged for TWO items I didn't buy that were supposedly scanned. I was also charged for 1 of an item when I purchased 2, and that price was incorrect. The person who answered the phone didn't seem to care that they overcharged me. Are they listing their prices one way and they overcharging every customer? Because that is hundreds per day ripping people off. This is not an "honest" mistake when there are three mistakes on my receipt. I told him that and also told him that I was reporting this. His tone and attitude to a customer for the store's error was totally inappropriate.
