I purchased a set of ear buds at the airport. When using them to make calls, people would complain of an echo. I reached out to ESI and they agreed to send a replacement. After a few weeks, I inquired of the replacement and was informed it was sent in the mail but no tracking number was available. Another replacement was offered to be mailed by UPS to a physical address as opposed to PO Box. That package was received. It was an obviously refurbished product with no packaging. I attempted to use this set after 5 hours of charging and there was a constant buzzing in the buds. It appears that this is a poorly manufactured product and a bad purchase on my part. I will be returning the refurbished buds.
At this time, I have been contacted directly by ESI Cases & Accessories regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They requested a picture of the AC adapter and the receipt, which I promptly submitted on April *, Waiting on a reply In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I mailed back a Duracell AC charger for Samsung DU5203 S/N 58537my Galaxy phone that I bought a couple of years ago with a lifetime warranty in May 2015 to their [redacted] address and it came back from the PO with the forward time expired label to [redacted] from the P.O. I re-mailed it to that published address in July and it was returned to me yet again. I can not get the charger replaced despite multiple tries.Desired Settlement: Replace the charger.
