want a paper trail. I know the scam they are trying to pull). I have also called them and received no callback. The told me when I purchased the vehicle it had a tow package. They did NOT say the vehicle didn't have one and it would be $250 to add one. This basically boils down to the fact that Eskridge lied. I know they will never rectify the situation and at this point I just want people to know about their slimy sales tactics. I will continue to tell everybody I know to avoid them. All over small issues like bad brakes and a tow package. I do not accept their bold face lie as a resolution. Businesses like this are the reason people hate used car salesmen.

On 1-15-2016, [redacted] called Mr. [redacted] and left a message asking him to return his call. Billy did not receive a call back from Mr. [redacted] on Friday or Saturday. Monday morning, Jan. 18th, [redacted] called again and left a message for Mr. [redacted] to return his call. At this time, we have not heard back from him. We would like to resolve this situation but we need Mr.[redacted] to respond back to our phone calls.
When the customer purchased the vehicle he
initialed the "AS IS-NO WARRANTY_" It states the customer will
pay all coats for any repairs. It also says the dealer assumes no
responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the
vehicle. At the same time he also...

OWE" document which states NOTHING ELSE OWED OR PROMISED. Before
purchasing a vehicle from our dealership, the customer always has the option to have it checked by his mechanic. When the customer brought his
car in for service on 5/31/17, the Multi-Point
Vehicle inspection showed that
the condition of shocks and struts
would require future
attention. Our General Manager and the
customer have come to an
agreement where the customer will pay Eskridge Chevrolet $1500 to fix the shocks.The parts will be ordered and a service appointment time will be made,
