I ordered running boards from this company on or about October 11, I received the wrong running boards due to the wrong ones being shipped to meI even confirmed with Mike that the wrong parts were sent to me As of to day's date and time I have not received the "recall" so that the parts could be returned and my money, $525.00, refunded I have called numerous times and am told they are working on it They state the first recall tag was sent to the wrong address Now they say they have sent another recall tag but I still have not received it They still have my $because they will not refund the money until the parts are returned I understand not refunding the money, but they are prohibiting me from returning them by not getting me the recall tag This has been going on since October 19, I just want to return the wrong parts they shipped me and get my money back
