Review: I ordered product on 4/21/13. I never received it and after several phone calls and email attempts, I have not heard back from the company. They charged me for the products I ordered and never shipped it. It's just that cut and dry.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $21.87. The amount of my order that was never shipped.
