ever we register anycustomer with our sel"lices,first we explain about our company and about the serviceswe provide. After the satisfaction of the customer we get the documents signed (copyenclosed),along with the Docusign. on the customers IP. Along with the letter of thesatisfactory services delivered.2) We do not support any kind of practice which freezes client's computers. We runAdword campaigns in google,and bing which include support for printers,Antivirusand other computers peripherals including smart phones and tablets.3) If customer do not want to continue the services he or she is entitled for full refund.4) Most importantly on this specific case related to [redacted] the same hasbeen voided and nothing would will get deducted from her account.Should you require any additional information we shall be glad to furnish the same asand when required.

I'm not sure.  It's just that they have now said that they won't contact me but I was harassed and intimidated several times and I should have reported it sooner. They should not be able to treat their customers like this.
