Review: I bought a amulet from [redacted] I paid [redacted] 5 different times with 5 different checks. They keep charging me late fees saying they have not got the checks. I believe [redacted] is tearing up my checks. I want them to quit playing games with me and take me check and settle this matter.Desired Settlement: Take my check and pay for the amulet and settle this matter.
Review: Letter from consumer copied below.
I have received about ten letters they all want money. I replied to one of the letters and asked them not to send any more letters that I wasn't interested and to please stop bothering me.
I didn't order anything nor receive anything.
I am 81 years old and believe that they are trying to defraud a Senior.Desired Settlement: Please stop bothering me.
Stop sending letters.
Review: This person keeps sending me bills for merchandise, or items I have never received, keeps adding interest, and claims she is sending this bill to a collection agency. it is for less than $100for an analysis she claims she made for me, and sent to me.I have never received any such item, and will not pay for merchandise not received.I believe she is one of these mystical "seerers" that preys on unsuspecting, and senior persons,I believe she is a scammer. In any event, no matter what she is, I never received anything from her. she sends me bills and threats that pay up or else. She is apparently in poor mental health if she believes she can continue with this kind of annoyance.I want her to stop this nonsense.Desired Settlement: Stop sending me bills.Stop threatening me with collection agencies and damage to my credit history.
Review: I purchased a Celtric Tree Life Pendant from[redacted]. I sent her a check for the payment and then I received a notice that my check was never received by [redacted]. I sent another check and paid the late charge I was assessed. Next I received a notice there was something wrong with my check but the check was never returned to me. I continue to get late notices threatening legal action. I have written two letters to [redacted] and have not received a response. I believe both of my checks are being held - neither have gone through my bank - so that they can continue to get money from me. I'm elderly but not dumb.Desired Settlement: I want[redacted] to cash the second check I sent and quit sending me harassing past due notices. If the first check was never received by [redacted], as claimed, I don't expect that check to be cashed.
Review: On or about 5/19/2014, I mailed a money order to [redacted] for $19.95. This was to pay for a winning date on which to play the numbers he sent me. I have not received the winning date, after waiting nearly a month. Yes, on June 2, 2014, I wrote letter to [redacted] enquiring about the lottery winning date. So far, no response. In this letter, I also asked for a refund of my payment. No response. I hope the Revdex.com can help me get all my money returned to me.Desired Settlement: All of my money refunded to me- $19.95. I overpaid by $0.95.
