Professional, Great Job, Versatile and Timely
I hired a guy named Ben, from Ben's Carpet Service. Since Ben doesn't do hardwood floors (he only does carpeting and vinyl) he tag-teamed with Eric from ESP Hardwood Floors. At first, Eric did a great job on my hardwood floors. However, he didn't give me a receipt for the job ($1,800) and he didn't finish his work. He finished the hardwood floors in 4 rooms. He was also supposed to finish a staircase, but just decided to abandon the job once he got paid. After a month of calling him and texting him, I finally gave up on trying to contact him.
Don't do business with this guy! He's not honest.
