Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by...

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had previously filed a complaint with the Revdex.com involving California Southern University and their services. The university staff informed the Revdex.com that they were working to resolve the issues. I received an email and phone call from California Southern staff stating that I could sent all my completed work to the university department chair [redacted] and she would review the material. I never heard anything back for two months. I received an email stating that I needed to submit my work in the online course but it was closed. When I contacted [redacted] she was rude and acted like I was lying and that she never received my work and they were not working with me. I demanded my money back. The next contact came from the accreditation director who wanted to know how we could resolve this issue and I told her I wanted my money back. She resent an email saying that they would credit almost half of what I owed and close me to the university. She admitted that the university was at fault. I emailed her back and informed her that the only resolve I would accept at this point was for them to write off the balance I owe, send me a transcript and close me to the university and never contact me again. She never responded to this email. I send an email informing her that I would be filing a Revdex.com complaint and I am filing a complaint with the California Higher Education and with the Western Accreditation. At this point I want all my money back as they have not responded and have admitted fault as they did not respond to me as a student in a timely manner, accused me of lying even though it was proven that my academic adviser misrepresented the information and are very disrespectful. I have spent a lot of time and money into this degree program. I only wanted to complete a few classes in the beginning and not the whole program and was informed that I had to complete the whole program to get credit for the classes I needed.
Regards,
