and told her that it would most likely be a total lossShe said that she loves that car because it was low on mileage and it was the greatest car she hadSo I told her let me see what I can do with the insurance adjusterThe insurance adjuster came out on September inspected the vehicle and he told me that it was going to be a total lossSo I told him that many and I spoke and she wanted to keep the vehicle and not do a total loss on itHe said that she would have to pay for the suspension damage, so I told him don't total it and I will handle the rear suspension at our costMini contacted us and asked what the final bill was and I said that we are going to go by what the insurance estimate said, the insurance adjuster quoted the price at $She then stated that she has the check alreadyAround that time I called the insurance agent, *** because we were wondering about the total bill for the amount of $263.70, and *** stated that it was in the final check that was sent to many and the check was around $Mini had stated that she wanted a new tire for the left rear but I wanted to get an OK from the insurance agent before I ordered it, the adjuster told me that there was no more room for any more supplementsWhat I have contacted the insurance agent I have left her several voice messages she later explained that she had health issues was the reason for her to poor communicationAround October I was out of the country and the car was fixed the color looked fine to all of us that were working at the shopI offered to give her $off of the estimates or to repaint itHer car had three different shades of off-white on several of her car partsThe color was matched up to the original color on the left sideMeaning everything on the left side was all one color. Many did not reply back so I told my guys to prep it so I can repaint it againThe tire did not come in until Friday about noon so I went to Weatherford to pick it upI explained to many that the vehicle would be ready after for her to pick upShe sent me a text asking me are you sure because I wanted to return the rental car so I would not be on footAnd I explained to her that yes it would be ready she would be able to pick it up anytime after pmShe never came in on Friday we expect to see her on Monday but still did not receive any text or calls from herOn Tuesday October enterprise called wanting to know if we were done with minis vehicleWe explained to Enterprise that it was finished on Friday. Later that day I text Manny and told her that the rental place called asking about the vehicle being readyShe responded with was it ready I didn't know that it was ready. We explained to her that yes via text message we told her that it was ready and she acknowledged that the vehicle was going to be ready October after PMOn October 14, mini came in with a $check from First Financial Bank, it was a cashiers checkBut we explained to her that she was missing $$of the total estimate she kept looking inside of her purse and said she was looking for the rest of the moneyThen she said no that's all that I have, if you trust me I will pay you out later or you can keep the car and till I pay it off that will be fine either wayI then explain to her that we would need the payment in full, she said that she was running late for work I would pay us at a later time the remainder amount of moneyShe left, about two weeks went by and have not heard anything from herI sent her a text message saying this is not personal this is businesses, if you're not able to make the payment in full November we will have to charge you storage feesThat's when she came in and picked up the car on seven brought us a check for $that was previously made out to us and then the remainder amount for $She wanted receipts of The tire and the wheelWe gave her them A copy of the checks and the invoiceWe were later reimbursed for The tireThe wheel was included on the estimate.
