We appreciate Ms [redacted] ’s comments and her taking the time to voice her concerns regarding the damage to her vehicle Upon researching Ms [redacted] ’s concerns, we were able to schedule a meeting with our Vendor and Community Manager on January 16th, With further inspection of the vehicle, our vendor and Ms [redacted] came to an amicable agreement where the full cost of the damages would be coveredI received confirmation of this from Ms [redacted] and her Fiancé and we consider this matter settled and closed We hope that Ms [redacted] is pleased with the result of her inquiry and the offer from our vendor to cover costs associated with the damages As Ms [redacted] is aware I am happy to field any further concerns or questions by phone or email and can be reached at our Sequoia Equities Corporate Office at ###-###-#### or via email at [redacted]
