I am sorry, I am not able to sell the bottle to you, you were never lied to, the employee made a mistake and wasn't aware that the bottle wasn't available for resell That was explained to you more than once over the phone The bottle was being held for an event that is on Wednesday I am sorry that not all the staff was knowledgeable about high end whisky and didn't know what they were looking at The order was canceled and you were never charged the money

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I understand that you did not mean to sell me that bottle of liqour I also understand how rare it and difficult it is to acquire But, the fact remains, I paid the retail price of the bottle After you called me to tell me that the bottle was unavailable, you said it was because you did not get that bottle allocated from your distributer That was a lie It was only after I told you that I had already confirmed with another employee that you did in fact have the bottle in question that you told me you were planning on raffling it off We caught you and your other employee in a lie Not to mention, you hung up on us These are horrible business practices Hanging up on customers, lying to them, and taking back the product which was sold fair and square are terrible things to do to customers After being mistreated the way you have mistreated me there is only one way I seek resolution to this conflict I want what I bought.Sincerely, [redacted]

No, I was lied to.  The truth was only told to me after I pointed out that I was being lied to.  I will not resolve this case until you either A: appologise for the treatment I recieved or B: sell me the bottle I bought.  You were exceptionally rude to me over the phone.  A good business would not only acknowledge their mistake, they would right the wrong.  You will not be recieving my business in the future; I will strongly recommend that others do not do business with you; I hope this review reflects just how poorly you treat your customers.  Sincerely,[redacted]

This customer placed an order through a third party app called [redacted].  They take our online inventory and update every hour.  The product in question was a specialty bottle that was received into our store and was not a product that was available for sale.   As I tried as others in...

our store tried to explain it was a mistake and wasn't available for sale in our store.  The product was set aside for an event that we have this Wednesday.  I tried to apologize for this mistake several times, but the fact remains that the product was not supposed to be on the [redacted] site and was a mistake.  This is a new way of selling for us and we are not use to having to delete things from our inventory because it doesn't happen very often.   We are sorry for the inconvenience, we explained several times that the bottle wasn't available and since we couldn't sell the product the original order was canceled as we told the customer we would do.
