Review: On August 20 my house sustained a fire. As part of the clean up and repair process Esquire Cleaners were called in to take clothing, linen's, shoes, and any items that can be cleaned by a dry cleaner and kept in storage until your house was ready to have these items returned.

In late September I contacted Esquire cleaners to return a portion of these items being clothes for fall weather along with shoes and boots. The cleaners returned the requested items however minus 2 pair's of [redacted] leather boots which were what we were looking for. I called Chris who was the guy who came to do the pick up and return who promised to look into it but after several weeks never called back so again I called him. He reported that 8 boxes of shoe's were logged in and he had returned 7 but was certain the missing box was at another location and would be located. Again several weeks passed with no return call and when I called the phone was not answered and my message's not returned. At this point I called the company owner, Jeffrey E[redacted], and left a message with him about my issue and lack of progress and communication but never received a return call.

I finally went to the cleaners in person to complain about my missing boots and wanted to speak to someone about this. The counter called Chris who said they had not found the boots yet but that they had another bag of coats that were mine. I was then handed a bag of coats that were not even mine.

Mr E[redacted] then finally called to say he was sorry for the trouble and would look into it. I never heard back from him and my boots are still unaccounted for.Desired Settlement: I would like my boots returned to me but if they cannot be located I want them replaced. Both pairs are still available, which would be [redacted] slouch" and [redacted] combat boot.
