flatbeds and hauled to our storage facility. The ignition key was left on with the shifter left in neutral, thus resulting in making the gps activate. Our lot storage is based on a calendar day which is common in the towing business. It is how our insurance is billed to us. After we towed the vehicle to our lot, we were later contacted at 9:15pm by the MoHP to all a driver out to open our storage lot to retrieve a weapon located in the van. I believe we have been more than fair with the customer. He was only charged 2 hours for the tow and the call-out. My company actually had three hours in this job, but due to the circumstances of the situation, gave them a break.
