I have been a tenant in one of Esquire's buildings for about two years now, and I have had a great experience with their service and responsiveness to my questions/concernsI've dealt with Aileen Franco primarily and have been very satisfied with her quick communication and attention to detail Their employees are friendly and hard-working On a side note, when I was searching for rentals at different companies, I discovered that Esquire was the only company who offered a no risk application screening process--they don't charge a fee up front to apply It was also nice to have a large portfolio of homes to choose from their daily hot-sheet I highly recommend Esquire Property Management!

Horrible and unethical company! We lost two rental houses due to their incompetent staff, including ***, ***and ***They tell you that properties are available when in fact, they are notThey also schedule appointments to see properties and LIE about having other applications and then they go and rent it out from underneath you! The best part is that they don't even call you to cancel the appointment that you hadBEWARE! I will never deal with them again

I am an out of area owner who has had Esquire managing my rental for close to years and have had nothing but a good experience
They have been very professional and quick to notify me of any issues with the property, relaying messages from the tenants, recommending service providers etc
They even went so far as to make arrangements and meet with the city building inspector to sign off a roofing permit that somehow didn't get closed with the city That small gesture saved me the inconvenience of the trip to meet with the inspector
As far as the state of the property in my absence, I have neighbors that keep me informed as to the state of the property and I will occasionally do a "drive-by" just to check So far, years later and all is well
In my business I work with several property management companies and not many can compare to Esquire's professionalism and dedication to both the property owners and tenants
I have no reason to look for any other property management company

I heard about Tracy and her Company through a friend who picked her as his Property Manager and had worked with the Esquire Property Management for months Like me, he had also moved out of CA and wanted someone he could really trust to handle things in his absence with his tenant and the property With a very strong recommendation from him, I went ahead and contacted Tracy right away And what a great decision it turned out to be for me! Tracy jumped right on it and found me a reliable tenant in record time With her law background, amazing competence and professionalism, she provided all the right advice, and enabled the process to run smoothly, that led the tenants take over in a timely manner so that I could leave and start my new job with my mind at peace Since then, she and her staff have continued to remotely work with me wonderfully on the remaining few things that were all handled very well I had interviewed a few other agents before signing with them and I now know that Esquire Property Management does a lot more for you than all the others, and fully deserve your trust! Don't think twice if you need Property Management!

Esquire Property Management has been nothing but a headache. As tenants, our requests for a basic lease walkthrough were DENIED, maintenance was never completed in a timely way and was haphazard, and lastly when we had an urgent request that was a danger to us and the residence our calls remained unanswered for three days. I will NEVER rent with this property management group again. They only care about their bottom line, not about their clients or tenants.
