Yes I went out to fix a leak he had from the fridge was installed , and it had been leaking for some time, so since this customer is in a motor home he needed the repair done on the same dayI did advise him that the repair was not covered by the extended warranty because it was an installation issue and not a mechanical or electrical repair with the fridge itself.I also spent almost and half hours trying to fix it and he only paid since I didnt know how long I was going to take and also that the whole bottom wooded panel of the fridge base was going to be needed to unscrewed and removed.And I have not been ignoring his calls but have been booked for weeks for the last month.And I do not work on the weekends so thats why I did not answer on the weekend.But if he wants me to go fix the leak again then he will have to pay since its something now I know is going to take me about hour and a half to fix since I already know what needs to be done.And then for him to leave me nasty messages I really shouldnt even try to help him out by trying to fix this, not only that but I told him since the fridge is in MOVING AND NOT STABLE PLATFORM THAT IT MIGHT LEAK AGAIN.Thanks, ***

I am rejecting this response because: he was refusing to take my calls because of my area code being identifiableHe immediately answered his phone five minutes after I try calling him when the warranty company called himThis indicates his ignorance of these calls and his responseAs for his time he did not spend two and a half hours and if he fixed something and charged for it I did not question his price he gave it to me and I agreed to pay because he knows he's down there again and the exact same leaked that he said he's the first time that's not my problem he did shoddy work If he underestimated his time that's a business decision he has to swallow because he did not fix the problem the first time I should not have to pay a second time because he did not know how to price out his own workSounds to me like he is a very poor business person and by not calling me back I left him a message a day for a week that has nothing to do with weekends he refused to answer my calls and he refused to come back and yes I left him nasty messages after the 10th day and at this point he can eat the $I do not want him in my house

We did come out and repair his range and it was not new it was over a year oldWe replaced the main board and probe and tested it and
it was working fine customer then called and said it wasn't but mr*** wasn't using it properly explained to him again how to use the range
Range was working fine
Advised him if he was t happy with the range he needed to contact samsung the manufacturer

To respond to Mr*** I have to say that he is not telling the truthHe NEVER came back to my home after the first service call or returned my callsThe first service call I paid him and he replaced the thermostatThat did NOT fix the problem, then he said he needed to order the board and probes that he was referring to in his responseHe NEVER CAME BACK TO INSTALL NEW BOARD!!! I still have original board in my rangeWhen I tried to get a hold of him wondering how long the part would take to come in he then proceeded to tell me it was stolen off of his porch!!! From that day on I have tried to contact him in regards to having it installedHe DOESNT RETURN CALLS!! In my opinion and my experience with this company I would NEVER recommend himHe should not be associated w/ BEST BUY AS A SERVICE SPECIALIST

WELL IM NOT GOING TO RETURN THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE MONEY SINCE I DID WASTE AND AND EFFORT SO I NEED TO SEE WHAT I DID CHARGE AND I *** ADJUST ITI *** ONLY RETURN HALF THE LABOR AMOUNT AND NOT THE PART PRICE SINCE THAT IS STILL IN TH UNIT AND WE CANT RETURN ITAND THAT'S IT!
