issue and not a mechanical or electrical repair with the fridge itself.I also spent almost 2 and half hours trying to fix it and he only paid 90.00 since I didnt know how long I was going to take and also that the whole bottom wooded panel of the fridge base was going to be needed to unscrewed and removed.And I have not been ignoring his calls but have been booked for 2 weeks for the last 1 month.And I do not work on the weekends so thats why I did not answer on the weekend.But if he wants me to go fix the leak again then he will have to pay since its something now I know is going to take me about 1 hour and a half to fix since I already know what needs to be done.And then for him to leave me nasty messages I really shouldnt even try to help him out by trying to fix this, not only that but I told him since the fridge is in  MOVING AND NOT STABLE PLATFORM THAT IT MIGHT LEAK AGAIN.Thanks, [redacted]

We did come out and repair his range and it was not new it was over a year old. We replaced the main board and probe and tested it and...

it was working fine customer then called and said it wasn't but mr. [redacted] wasn't using it properly explained to him again how to use the range.
Range was working fine.
Advised him if he was t happy with the range he needed to contact samsung the manufacturer.

To respond to Mr. [redacted] I have to say that he is not telling the truth. He NEVER came back to my home after the first service call or returned my calls. The first service call I paid him 100.00 and he replaced the thermostat. That did NOT fix the problem, then he said he needed to order the board and probes that he was referring to in his response. He NEVER CAME BACK TO INSTALL NEW BOARD!!! I still have original board in my range. When I tried to get a hold of him wondering how long the part would take to come in he then proceeded to tell me it was stolen off of his porch!!! From that day on I have tried to contact him in regards to having it installed. He DOESNT RETURN CALLS!! In my opinion and my experience with this company I would NEVER recommend him. He should not be associated w/ BEST BUY AS A SERVICE SPECIALIST.

WELL IM NOT GOING TO RETURN THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE MONEY SINCE I DID WASTE AND AND EFFORT SO I NEED TO SEE WHAT I DID CHARGE AND I [redacted] ADJUST IT. I [redacted] ONLY RETURN HALF THE LABOR AMOUNT AND NOT THE PART PRICE SINCE THAT IS STILL IN TH UNIT AND WE CANT RETURN IT. AND THAT'S IT!

I do not want the money anymore just wanted other people to know what a terrible job you did and I would hate for this to happen to someone else.
