Soul.  I was informed that a complaint came in under the ID # [redacted].  First of all, as policy, the [redacted]s do not massage below the area where the armpit begins for the front of a client.  The client is always covered with a sheet that comes right underneath and is tucked under the armpit area.  There is absolutely no massaging below that sheet.

For this particular complaint and this particular client, what the complainant failed to mention is that she had attended three different massages sessions prior to the February 11, 2015 massage.  All the massages were with the same individual, [redacted], and consisted of the same procedure (60 minute massage).
This client purchased a gold star voucher with [redacted] in November.  The client then purchased two more vouchers for massages specifically with Mr. [redacted] after the massage session and booked it online herself.
She specifically booked with Mr. [redacted] and had her first appointment with him on December 17, 2014.  She used one of the vouchers for her December appointment.  During that appointment, she received a 60 minute massage that she pre-purchased.  After that appointment, she left Mr. [redacted] a tip and then rebooked for January 14, 2015 with Mr. [redacted] specifically requesting him.  On January 14, 2015, she again received a her 60 minute massage.  After the service, she left Mr. [redacted] another tip and purchased a package which valued at $180.  During that time, she requested to book again specifically with Mr. [redacted] for February 11, 2015.
On the February 11, 2015 date, she again appeared for the 60 minute massage.  There was nothing different from this massage compared to the previous massages.  She was under the sheet that was tucked underneath her armpits.  There was no massaging below the area covered by the sheet.  The sheet was not down to her waist.  The sheet exposed only her shoulders and neck area a little beneath the collar bone and was tucked under the armpit area covering her chest area.  There was absolutely no massaging anywhere beneath the covered area.  The 60 minute massage was completed.  She never stated any sort of complaint or issues with the services provided.  She chatted with Mr. [redacted], left him a tip and then re-booked specifically with him for another 60 minute massage set for March 11, 2015.

Prior to March 11, 2015, an email reminder was sent to the client reminding her of the booking, as previously done with the last three bookings.  The client did not reply nor did she show up for her appointment.  Then in April 2015, the client created several angry yelp reviews as well as this complaint.  There has been no contact with the client since she re-booked with Mr. [redacted] for a March 11, 2015 massage.  There was no mention of any issues prior in February after the massage or in March.  In April, this client has suddenly become upset and has requested money back for services that she had received from the four prior appointments.

If the client would like a refund on her money for the last appointment that she missed, the [redacted]s are more than happy to accommodate her, however, she has never made an attempt to contact them directly and voice any concerns or request a refund.

These allegations about any sort of inappropriate actions or misconduct by Mr. [redacted] is false and repugnant.  Not only does Mr. [redacted] have a clean work history as a licensed nurse, he is also a decorated veteran and has had no allegations of misconduct in either arena.  In his work with EsScentials Body and Soul, he has been specifically requested by many clients, mostly women, because of his professional demeanor and his skill in this field.  If this client had been "beyond mortified," then why wait two months to make a complaint of indecent conduct by the part of her service provider.
Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.  We look forward to completing the inquiry to this situation in an expeditious manner.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: The incident was on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. I had a 1-hour massage with [redacted], the massage therapist. The massage was normal in regards to where he touched me until near the end of his massage. He exposed me from the waist up and proceeded to massage and fondle my breasts for 10 minutes. I definitely did not give my consent. This was incredibly inappropriate and I was beyond mortified.I filed a police report at the Tustin Police Department in hopes that this man will not be able to massage other women and take advantage of the position he is in.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of massages for $293.75. I would also like [redacted] to be investigated for his inappropriate behavior. His license should be taken away and he should not be able to massage ever again.
