Haven't gotten any use out of my car and just purchased to February The second day of purchasing my car it I had a "severe" oil leak when I went to get a tune upI called Essen and was instructed to bring it back for repairs, I didMechanics they hire don't stick around so it became a "repair tag" game! On day (only months of having) it wouldn't crank at all after I parked itI had it towed back an hour away to Essen to get it repaired, again no reliable mechanic! Then there was the supposed swapping out the car for another but the owner "***" avoided me completely! My car sat in a parking space for months at Essen without being touched or even given a diagnosisI've been extremely patient but the stress and inconvenience from this has been unbearable!!!! I had my car towed again to another repair shop (November 2016) I get the news it needs a whole engine!!!!!!! Be very, very, very, careful purchasing from "***" the owner, he will avoid you once he gets his money but he will definitely see me again in a different atmosphere

Essen Motor Company in Lebanon, TN has received my refund from Diamond Warranty (check# XXXXX at the begin of June) but refuses to give it to me
Essen called me June 3rd to get my refund check from Diamond Warranty on Tuesday (June 7th) When I arrived they claimed they mailed it to me that morning After a week of not receiving it, they claimed that their Knoxville office controls their checks and I needed to wait After several calls/emails I learned that their is no Knoxville office and they were lying to me the whole time I want my refund of $now Can Revdex.com help me?

Sold me a truckThat truck made it miles before lights came onParts alone estimated by *** are
Miles off the lot my *** lights up with a check engineTold to repair the truck that they tell me "there was nothing wrong with when it left the lot." Has a need for about - 2,worth of repairsThey stopped responding when I started asking if they would do the right thing and make this rightI have had the truck for days and only driven it once from the lot to homeThen to dealer to have it looked atNow it's at a mechanic shop for repair
Salesman is no longer respondingI wanted them to do the right thing and help make the car driveableI found out by phone the owner apparently drove the truck to Knoxville and back before I bought it
I don't even know where to start in explaining it all

Essen sold me a car that will not pass emissionsAfter talking with them repeatedly they will not fix the issue
I bought a *** from Essen for my daughterI did not know that a dealership is not allowed to sell a car that will not pass emissionsThey wanted us to take it through emission, which we did and it failedI took the car to *** in hopes to fix the issue and pass emissionsI spent over $there and the problem was still thereI took the car to another mechanic who said it needed a new timing chainHe could not work on it because he doesn't work on German carI took the car to *** Motors and it was determined the car needs a new engine and the total for the car to get fixed and pass emissions is $I paid $for this car that can not even passI contacted Essen when the problem first happened and at that point Montana told me he had already spent $go get the car fixed and told me not to spend any more that he would "make it right" Mon

I bought a car from this company February 26, 2016 and had problems with the car I bought from the time I bought. In the ad they posted on craigslist for the car I bought said the car had air conditioning which it doesn't ..which is false advertising..the check engine light came on and they told me to bring it in so they could fix it when all they done was clear the codes after having my car for 4 days. I paid $3600 cash for a car that this company clearly knew wasn't up to par at all. I was treated rude by the owner Eddie and lied to.
