I called Robart to fix the issue of no power to the garage, They came out and offered suggestions on how to fix the problem, either above ground @ $$$ or below ground @ $$$$$$$ it was nice to have the option. the problem was fixed and I'm very happy with Robart.

In summer 2017, I hired Robart Electrical Services Incto modify my overhead power lines to underground with a service upgradeWhat appeared to be a simple project was a terrible experience for meThe new meter was installed at the front of my driveway, contrary to what was specified in our contract, and without my consent; an aesthetic and hazard issueThey also installed a large junction box directly beside my garage door which is highly visible from the streetThey did relocate this, but left holes in my house filled with puttyThey also left an open x 3’ deep trench at the front without caution tape and signs until I requested itThe owner eventually provided an agreed upon discount and left me feeling bullied and manipulated *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***I realized afterward the authority having jurisdiction allowed options to still be code compliantMy positive comments are the field and office staff were friendly, passed code, honoured their schedule, and quick to provide a quote

Well - long story I renovated my basement-big job Summer of Robart came in and did their thing All good for a while but I kept tripping the breaker?? Had a few emergency electrical contractors come out to address the situation (which was very pricey) They advised that Robart should come out and do some rewiring and change some breakers as they had tripped enough that they might be weakened? What do I know about electrical breakers - they were right Robart came out fixed some of the wiring free of charge over a year later and advised if I have issues when the cold weather hits give them a call and they'll install heavier wiring to the sub panel in the basement These guys have been to my old home many times and are always clean, professional and courteous, Rob you have a right to be proud of your staff
