Essence Hair Club

Review: I recently brought 3 bundles of expensive Virgin Malaysian Hair from the company Essence Hair Club. I gave the hair to my stylist for her to color and install in my hair. When I went to the salon to get my hair done, she informed me that as she was shampooing my Virgin Malaysian Hair, the water had turned green which is an indication that the hair was previously dyed. Not even a week went by, I had to go back to my stylist to have her remove the hair because it was shedding terribly, the hair was frizzy, and it wouldnt hold a curl. When I contacted the owner of the company, which Is [redacted], He told me I would have to go back to the location where I received the bad hair and exchange the hair. I then went on to tell him that it is an inconvenience for me to go to the same place that I got the bad hair. He was so unprofessional in the emails because he was giving me one word answers to my questions. I honestly saw no customer service from this guy. After expressing my issue to him, he sent me an email back stating If you would like to continue to complain about issues we have already addressed and come up with a resolution for, then we can go our separate ways because youll be wasting my time and yours. I was so shocked at this response that it made me not even want the product anymore. I called the consultant that I brought the hair from named [redacted] and he had excellent customer service and he showed real concern for my issue. I then thought to myself that [redacted] should be the owner of this company, not [redacted]. I would never recommend this Hair Company to anyone because of the serviced that I received.Desired Settlement: At this point, with the attitude and the customer service that I received, I would like my money back. I paid $225.00 for that hair and the proposition that was made to me was to exchange the hair, but with the attitude of the owner, I dont even want to advertise his product. I would just prefer the money back.
