4 months and still waiting to obtain a refund from My Essentia for a returned ***.
Bought in Oct 2018 returned Nov 2018, kept asking for refund waiting until after the "Holiday Season" to give time for catch up, have sent emails to the main email line, to the branch rep, even their ATR still nothing the branch manager even said he sent the email to "higher ups" but again no one has contacted me.
I no longer have their product, and they are still holding my money hostage. With Tax I paid just ove $950, then to get my refund (verified first with the branch manager and it was confirmed ok to return) I spent another $200+ in shipping to the Toronto location.
I am now out of approx $1200 and the product.
good product, fast to take your money horrible service. Don't buy from them.

I am asking for a full refund plus shipping cost. I will never buy from them again.
We have resolved this with the customer, and the refund was issues yesterday 3/21. The *** is a final sale product as per our 120-Day Money Back Guarantee. We did make an exception for this customer to accept the return as it did not work with her bedroom setup. As mentioned, the refund has already been processed and resolved with the customer.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
We received the minmo back minus the shipping cost just do not want to wait anymore.
