Contacted Essential Audio with the intent to completely revamp our outdated audio system which was at least 25+ years old and some pieces were older than that. We wanted to improve intelligibility of the spoken word, capacity of the system, overall quality of the sound and move into a digital age. We needed help with selection of equipment, design of the system and someone that could install the new system.
We talked to several other sound consultants. It appeared that Essential Audio was the only one that really grasped what we were attempting to do and the only one that was truely listening to our needs. This was further confirmed by the reference letters we received from other Essential Audio customers during our do dilligence phase while checking out the vendors. They did exactly what they said they would do and the equipment performed above our expetations. They were extremely professional, cooperative, conscientious and detail oriented during the install.

They have assisted in multiple projects, from reformatting our lighting components in our dining hall and theater programs, to serving as light display operators during our fundraisers. With Essential Audios, all three of those components are met through highly qualified and provided a personal touch. In all cases, they are the only vendor we would contact for our audio visual services.

Essential Audio quoted multiple projects to us. They submitted their quote in a very timely manner. When we asked for greater detail on the quote, they were quick to provide it. They completed the work in the timeframe allotted. We had problems with one piece of equipment they installed, and they replaced it without question again in a very timely manner. Their installer was professional and courteous. When the installer was unable to finish the job because of other commitments, the owner himself completed the job. All in all a very positive experience.

I'm very thankful that we chose Essential Audio to equip our new worship space with lighting, sound, and visual components. [redacted] and his team were very easy to work with from the moment we began talking until the job was completed. They are extremely knowledgable of the audio visual world. As with most organizations, we had a limited budget. [redacted] was very sympathetic to this and he worked with us to provide exactly what we needed and not necessarily what would make Essential Audio the most money. The team installed all the components in a timely fashion. Additionally, everything was installed with a great attention to detail. I strongly recommend Essential Audio.
