Review: I placed an order for (1)55 gallon Water Barrel SKU#WA66 on 2/1/2014...using PAYPAL's confirmation #373060292. I received a copy of the order from Essential Packs the next day. I have not received a proposed shipping date, emailed customer service two times, called and left a message with customer service --- with no response. I called the available number for Essential Packs - ###-###-####, the 800#does not work properly. This is what they advertise: What are your hours of operation?Our website operates 24/7. In addition, we have Sales and Customer Service Representatives available to answer questions Monday - Friday, from 9am to 5pm pst. Can I place an order over the phone?Yes. Simply call us Toll-Free at ###-###-####. A Sales Representative will gladly assist you in placing your order over the phone.They are NOT available 24/7, their business hours are NOT M-Fri 9-5pm pst..... I have made several requests for a simple response to my order placed.I would like to talk to the owner or someone regarding my order, but there appears to be no-one available!Desired Settlement: I want to know if this is a viable organization, I want a ship date (carrier) with a tracking number, or I want my money back.
