YESNO! I've had her promise to fix things on the house after closing to get me to sign on the dotted line and I say " [redacted] I cant know for sure that you personally are going to fix that for me after I sign and I will have no proof you promised me that cause its not on paper"Calls former real estate agent from separate transaction/ contract of yours to gossipThreatens you on other agents and her behalf when you don't want to work with her anymore because she acts insaneI mean she honestly thought I would work with her after contacting my last agent and making threats to have me kicked out of my home? Makes appointments of inspections for you purposely scheduling it so you cant be there only her after she promised you she would schedule it on your off timeCalls you says inspector will be there at then calls you no kidding minutes later before you have even had time to stand up from the table and says he's thereI've spent days arguing with her trying to get her to send in an inspection report and what I wanted repaired and she said they don't want that in and they probably wont fix anything anywayTHREE DAYS! Then she agrees to do it, has me send it to her but never sends it in and I get a call from the company who owns the home days later and they are waiting for itShe NEVER sent it and the deal went sourI had to talk to the company first hand several timesI asked for my earnest money back and they would not give it to me until I gave them the inspection report (which was in her possession) and She signed the paper saying that everything was now voidShe REFUSED to give them the inspection reportThey had to threaten her several times by email then after a week she relinquished it to them but refused to sign the void paperThe company was outraged by her unprofessionalismShe never signed the void paper but the company felt horribly for me and gave me the money backI cant tell you how bad this experience was for meI was losing my hair and was crying several nights because of what this woman did to me and my familyI ended up in the hospital for stress
