We had E-Reno do a larger project and act as General Contractors on the garage attached to our house. They were very knowledgeable, timely and professional. The level of workmanship far exceeded what I could have ever desired. They were incredible with the attention to details on my house and my garage and completed absolutely everything I asked them to do. Their suggestions and ability to anticipate on what my needs would be not only saved me money but improved the quality of my home. Our job was approximately $32,000.00 and they were very accurate with their quote which stands for a lot in this day and age. Their sub trades were also professional and timely and I would definitely recommend this company for any job that is large or small. My family will use them again in the future.

We are thrilled with our experience of working with Essential Renovations to develop our basement. They were honest and transparent, did what they said, were reliable and trustworthy, and had high standards. They took time to explain each step of the process to us,including building codes and insisted on high standards from the other trades they use. They also had excellent suggestions and had clear ideas about how we could save money and when it was important to spend a bit more. We will continue to use them as they are teaching us how to maintain our home. Wonderful people to deal with and the finished product is fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience with Essential Renovations & Maintenance as follows: I was trying to organize bathroom and kitchen repairs to a Sherwood Park condo from my home in BC. I found Essential Renovations & Maintenance through the Revdex.com and I asked them to provide me with a quote on repairs to these rooms.

Their response was very professional- they provided me with an estimate that detailed the planned work and time frame- they were able to organize their schedules around my needs-- they knew their business and they were able to explain to me, in very simple terms, what was necessary and what issues could arise (mould/asbestos). Once retained- they completed the work -on time and on budget!

I have not written a customer review before, however this experience was so unexpected and so appreciated- I felt compelled to share this experience with others. I highly commend Essential Renovations & Maintenance to anyone looking for contractor services. They are superb!
