Esser Fence

Review: Fence was installed and they used an existing fence post, not a newly installed one. The existing post was made

of wood so they decided to cover it with vinyl to match my newly installed fence.

The cover they installed was cut crooked and it doesn't look good. I called them to notify them of my dissatisfaction

of the post cover. I was told by the owner [redacted] that he would come to take a look at the problem. He never

came to see the problem, and I've contacted them four more times and left messages. They do not respond to my calls and

I still haven't received a call back from them. This has been going on for over a month since the fence was installed on June 4, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like the fence post repaired or replaced to my satisfaction. I would also like them to honor any other issues that may

occur with the fence. I would also like an explanation as to why they haven't resolved this problem.
