Review: I dropped off my brand new $700 coat purchased on 11/**/2014 to be dry cleaned at Essex cleaners who is located in [redacted]. It came back the next day to pick it up and the fur on the collar was completely burned. I went back to ask them to fix it or have their insurance reimburse me. I have been going in the business everyday to get their insurance number or talk to the owner but they have been laughing at my face and tell me that they don't know who owns the business, and they were done with my case. I went on [redacted] and they have really bad reviews, it seems that they run their business in a very sneaky way. I gave them the receipt of my coat and every informations I thought they would use for their insurance to cover t he damage.Desired Settlement: I want my coat to be fully reimburse, they should have insurance for it.
