Review: Here are the issues in 406 apartment which you said would be cleared/solved on saturday(7/11) or sunday (7/12) itself however none of them were addressed. 1. Stains in Cupboards & Gas stove2. Paint issues in Cupboards3. One cupboard door is broken4. Bathtub & toilette sink is not clean - To be specific its given to me at worst condition5. Dents on Fridge - No action required.But marking to record as is condition6. Bathroom tap handle is not there 7. Hole in the wall near entry & TV area8. Additional lock installed inside the main door. Marking to record as is condition9. Wall wood dent . Marking to record as is condition.10.Patio has stains and not cleaned11. Hall Glass door has paint stains13. Dishwasher is not clean inside. Old resident might have washed and left it as is. 14. Closet door has paint removed near the handle15. Trouble light is glowing in the apartment16. One of the stove lighter is not working 17. Stain in the sink placed next to bathroom18. Dust in Kitchen lightingAttached photos for reference. The condition of apartment is really disappointing me and also I would have adjusted if it was solved on Saturday or Sunday as agreed. If the apartment was not ready and going to take some more time , you must have informed me about the delay rather giving the apartment in this kind of bad condition. I called Hillcrest today and they weren't aware of the issues which you have marked. There is one more walk-through scheduled today with manager and I am not sure currently how long it will take to address all the issues. Can you please let me know fixing or addressing these many issues with tenant inside after leasing the apartment is justifiable?I am not sure who is responsible for all these issues.I understand these will be fixed by maintenance(no timeline as of now) however I signed new lease and why I have to go through these fixes with multiple followups and in what way it benefits me.Thanks,S[redacted]Desired Settlement: Fix all the issues ASAP and two month rent adjustment for loss of time & frustration caused due to this issue

Review: When applying to rent an apartment with this company, I gave a 200 dollar deposit that was to be refunded if not approved for the rental. I was not approved for the rental and have been waiting for my refund for over 32 days. I was told it would be processed and returned within one week and that was on 4/1/2015. I have been given the run around every single time I have contacted the business and one employee questioned by urgency for the $200. I am a single mother and find this appalling. I have been dealing with A[redacted] who has been NOT helpful!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

I have researched all avenues of our data and do not show the applicant, R[redacted], anywhere in our system. All applicants interested in living at Hillcrest Park are able to apply with a $38 nonrefundable application fee. If a specific apartment is put on hold, the applicant can do so with a $100 holding deposit. This deposit is refundable only if the applicant cancels within 72 hours or if the applicant has been denied.I am more than happy to answer any further questions needed.
