Review: I purchased the software on 6/30/15. I tried to install it but had an issue and opened up a ticket. When it was resolved, I was leaving from my working vacation (different computer) back home to work on my home computer. I registered the software on 7/8/15 or 7/9/15. On 8/2/15, I couldn't get my files to merge and opened up a ticket. I didn't hear back from anyone until the night of 8/3/15. There is no phone number to call. None. By this time, I had to put a work around in place. I asked for a refund on 8/4/15, and after a few days of follow up, was told it had been more than 30 days.

The software didn't work as stated on the website, there is no phone number for tech support or customer service, and they are slow to respond to open tickets. This is just bad business.Desired Settlement: The company refund the $29.95 for the "lifetime" service.

I purchased the PDF to JPG less than a year ago. It stopped working. I have tried getting it resolved through the customer service via email and Amazon where I purchased it. I've never experienced such poor service. After a month of trying to get the program back I give up. So frustrating also that there is not a phone number to call anybody for help.
