We are well aware of Mr***’s complains He has continued to harrases the staff for a free night since then He has called the Newburyport Chamber of Commerce threatening them with a bad review for the City and has been threatening the Essex Street Inn with a bad review if he doesn’t receive a free nights stay He is trying to hold the Inn hostage which we can not allow I have emails from him since then also We will refund him his stay in December We will NOT allow his desired settlement [redacted] Cardinal Development LLC
