Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I notified them that I was looking to get an apartment elsewhere [redacted] offered to extend holding the apartment for longer on her own with no suggestion from me in order to try and lure me away from the other complexI should receive my holding deposit back because it wasn't until I told them I found another place to live that they said I couldn't receive my depositIf I do not get my deposit back my next step is the California attorney General and I will keep going until I receive my funds back[redacted] apartments in Orange is unprofessional and a terrible place to do business with and I will make sure I make a mark and let everyone know this by using all of my social media outlets because of the way they treat customers Sincerely, [redacted]
