Essig Plumbing & Heating

Hello,I talked with my HVAC service manager and we have had guys out there the last two days doing all we can to get them water This customer has no money and we are returning to do this work at no cost just to get them water The additional problems are issues with the plumbing to the house, not the original call and the realtor/buying agent who wrote this complaint is on the hook and is trying to blame all of this on us.Thank You,Kyle
