My neighbor hired Essig to build a pool next door. their crew ran their heavy duty machinery next to my 8 foot blooming plumeria hedge and destroyed sections of it by the exhaust. The hedge had been difficult to grow and it will take at least two years for the hedge to recover. My pictures clearly show the sections of the hedge that were destroyed by the machinery. When I complained I was blown off by [redacted] who said his crew told him there was no damage. One of the senior members of the crew threatened to run me down when I asked him to stop.
