Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Establishing Firm Foundation has not corrected their mistake, and my property is an eyesore after they painted a large square patch of some kind of sealant outside my door I am still hoping to get them to correct the issue Please assist I asked Revdex.com is there a way to upload a picture of what Establishing Firm Foundation did; however, I never received a response Again, I ask is there a way to upload a picture onto your site? Rober [redacted] , the owner of this foundation company did poor work and used incorrect equipment for the repairHe also did not provide proof of a permit for the work performedI had to stop the work and we both agreed on settling for a price below the contract price since he could not correct any of the problemsI had an agreement notarized to have him stop the work and have his crew not come back

Last year, [redacted] and his team did a great job of waterproofing my basement and I had no leaks or backups until recentlyI called [redacted] and left a few messages, but my calls went unanswered or returnedI called other waterproofing companies to remedy the recent back up, but they do not want to void my warranty with [redacted] companyI was told by [redacted] and promised by the warranty that no water will rise in my house again due to the system installed by the company, however that is not the caseWater is rising in my basement every time it rains heavily, which was the problem before this company was hired

We are going to take care of client soon asapDue to the demand we are real busy and haven't forgotten about himUnderstand we don't run from our clients but take care of them properlyHe has to be patient but will follow up with him this week after holidayThanks for your comment after a great price and job we did but we get with the client soon as possibleNo problem thanks

My basement leaking in spots after over years of this I finally fixed and have not had any issues this company did a GREAT JOB and where done in no time at all totally recommend!!!!!

I had a meeting with Robert the owner an told him my problem with the leeking of water in the corner of my familyroom and he said he can fix this well four years later an we still have the same problem water coming in the same place .he told me a drain system an sump pump would fix it so $later it still isn't fix then it was told to me the it would be to dig up out side an patch the wall !!!!!!WELL NO THAT WASNT IT we still got the same problem OH! WAIT THEN TO DIG UP THE OTHER SIDE WALL!!!! TWICE AN GUESS WHAT ?????? WE STILL GET WATER BUT NOW THIS CONTRACT THAT HE SIGNED HE DOES NOT STAND BEHINDI have called many time in the last year But as you can see this company does not stand behind there work .now we had to all a different company to take care of the job .An guess what it will only cost to fix it .I know that this company is going to write there spin on things to make it my fault like I see how they have in the pastBut when it comes down to it there the professional who are SUPPOSE to know what there doing .Not taking peoples money an hanging them out to DRY!!! Should've paid the hefty bill with a Cashier's Check as planned after the owner asked me to step inside my home so that he could request cash -- before what I thought would be a completed job 6/16/Should've known I was dealing with a less than honest manAfter getting the owner to return to my home to look at the work, he admitted how sloppy his crew was & immediately spotted cracks at the bottom of a concrete stairwell that his crew missedDue to a poorly patched sidewalk for which his crew was responsible after minor excavation & sealing a crack with membrane, I had asked his crew about a quote for cementing the squareThe owner said $The day the square was done along with filling of cracks, the Foreman said he would return the next day to mesh the dirt/rocks together and against the squareBefore leaving, we saw a crack in the stairs that the crew missedI agreed to pay the $after completion of work While trying to only get the service for which I paid

I am rejecting this response because:this company not true on it's word I've have contacted them on many occasions and haven't got a word back beside give me a minute and never a call back I contacted them Last on nov and just getting a text on December very sad plus I've gotten a Second opinion on my foundation and was told I didn't have epoxy injection like I was told plus they didn't go down far enough to fix the cracks at this point I would like a refund

This man is a con and a crookI was buying a house with a Styrofoam block foundation and Robert the owner told me it would only cost about $to put epoxy on the cracks to stop the leakingSo I only took a $home buyer credit for waterproofing when the job cost well over $20,for structural and waterproofingI also had to pay Robert several hundred dollars as the water proof inspector I had several waterproofing companies come to my house to look at the problem, and they all told me you cannot epoxy a styrofoam block foundationUltimately I never hired the man for the job because I realized he was a crookThat is how they make their money charging several thousand dollars to inject cracks, but not really dealing with the structural and foundation issuesDo not hire this company

We tried to go and rectify the leakage due to the fact hes on warranty and he has rejected our warrantyIts not our fault that he went with another company after paying usWe gave him a great price and he went with itWill face our problems and rectify themHis insults and intimidating with accusations is wrong!

I am selling my home and found a settlement crack I called and spoke to Robert and explained the problem They were at my home, THE SAME DAY, and had the work done in a few hours The entire crew was awesome I've never had a better experience with ANY COMPANY than I had with Establishing Firm FoundationsThank you to Robert and his team of professionals!
