Estabrook Tree Care

Review: Back on March 2015 [redacted] of Estabrook Tree Care had come out to give us an estimate for tree trimming services. We agreed with his original estimate and scheduled a time for him to come out and perform the service. [redacted] came out on March 18 2015 and completed most of the work that he agreed to. There were still 2 trees and a bush that he was not able to complete but he let us know that he would be back in a few days to complete the work. He did not show up and we figured he was just busy. on April 1st I text the number we had been using to communicate and they stated that they would call me later to set up a time. On April 14th [redacted] contaced me and said he thought he had texted me back and would like to come out on April 20 to complete the work. He did not show up or call. I attempted to reach them on April 22nd with no response. On April 24th At 8:30am I received a text saying [redacted] had suffered and eye injury and needed to go to the doctor. I said that I completely understood and let Heather know that we hoped [redacted] got better and he could complete the service when he was healed. I checked back on May 26th and received no return call. I again called on June 3. Heather did respond and said [redacted] was battling pneumonia and that they are just starting to schedule everyone. She informed me that it would most likely be the end of next week. On June 16th I called again. No response. On July 16th I contaced them again and was told that we are on the schedule for July 30 if that works. I stated sounds pefect. Put us on the books. On July 30, no call, no show. I called again on August 5th. No response. I finally received a text saying he would be out on Tuesday August 11th. Again, no call, no show. By chance we were talking to a neighbor and they informed us that they have had the same issues.Desired Settlement: I would just like him to come out and complete the work he was paid for.
