Estancia Del Sol Apartments

This apartment complex is full of black mold. The ac doesn't properly work so its hot inside. There is cockroaches and drug addicts everywhere. There has been several murders on the property.

I lived there for a year and a half, the worst place I've lived in. You never know who the managers really are and they give false names to you. They are rude and unless you give them money under the table they won't fix anything, plus the owners steal from tenants. Bed bugs, huge cockroaches, dog crap all over the grounds, A/C that doesn't work and hookers, drug dealers and people that never care for or watch their kids live there. The few decent people that do live there have to be in fear everyday. Police are there for problems including gun fire every single day multiple times a day. Pools never open and are filled with junk and disease floating in the water. Break ins and sorts of problems. The place needs to be shut down and the owners need to be put in jail.

I have lived here over a year with my husband. Roach and bed bug infested. Try to charge too much. Things dont get fixed. Drugs galore, any kind you want. Prostitution. And IMO the mgt sucks and dont have a clue whats going on. Especially the girl that her name starts with an M. Im DEAD serious. Honestly this place is bad. They got an F on their rating. Well I've been here 2 and 1/2 yrs. I've seen alot of illegal activity that goes on... From DRUGS, PROSTITUTION, SALES OF STOLEN GOODS...
Management acts as they don't care about anything... But them selves.....
The swamp coolers they use to cool the apartments during the summer Don't cool...
When they switch it to heat that works...
They have 3 pools that they keep clean but they are for looks only they are never open....
Also bedbug & roach infested.....
I would stay away but I know times are hard and money is tight...
