I am rejecting this response because: First of all I AM NOT A CUSTOMER. You have opened an account without my authorization.  You Do not provide MYSELF service. I do not use EVWA'S trash station. I do not use TORRANCE County's landfill. I will not be forced to pay for something I have and will never use, this is called Extortion. Let me give an example of what your company has done. One day I went into the mall, I am going to [redacted], I have to pass through [redacted]. I don't buy anything at [redacted] I don't touch anything. 4 years later they open an account without my authorization. That is what you are doing. Does that make sense or even legal? I want nothing to do with this company. They will not extort money from me.
