I instructed the sales person and financial manager to get the refund handled and apparently there was an issue with credit card/debit card returnTonight I talked to the head of the financial department to look into the complaint and get it correctedIf it was a credit card refund, we have to have the numbers to process, because we do not keep these numbers for privacy and security reasonsWe did submit for loan at Pioneer Credit Union and they conditioned the approval with stipulations[redacted] ***

I reviewed the? [redacted] purchase todayHe purchased the F-on 12/12/Along with the truck he purchased a service contract, gap insurance, and a for contract.? All money was refunded by payment to the loan balance he agreed to on the finance contractAs a dealer we do not rewrite finalized finance contractsAll refunds are paid to the lending institution that holds the lien.Please let me know how and when we were notified of this circumstanceI don't recall receiving a letter and couldn't find any recent emails from you.? I completed research on the history of this caseMrVandenhoven brought the van here on instruction of his mechanic, Vans Highway serviceHe instructed us to reprogram a used body control moduleThis worked temporarily, but soon failedWe then tried a new body control module and it went back into security modeThe local auction transporters accidentally picked up his van by mistakeIt was very similar to another old van we took on trade that wouldn't runWe then had the van delivered to another dealer of his choice with no charge to customer[redacted] General Manager S&L Motors920-865-www.slmotors.com
