[redacted] did not have a contract with [redacted] ***.She did contact us and we referred her to our associate that conducts online estate auctions.? I have contacted the online auction company and they let me know that [redacted] has been paid for the items that were consigned and was paid in August.? They did let me know that there was a small amount of items that were not sold until the end of September to the middle of October and that they were in the process of finalizing the settlement for those items and that the final payment would be sent out in the next week.This being said, as a courtesy I contacted the online auction company, but I need to stress that [redacted] has no legal obligation to [redacted] and was not responsible for nor sold any of her items.? We have no record or inventory of those items either.I have asked the online auction company to send me the documents showing where they have paid MsFord and these are attached.In closing, please close this complaint as [redacted] has no financial obligation to this person

This is to confirm that I received two checks from Lisa Line after I filed my complaint with the [redacted] - Consumer Protection Section.? ? I sent my complaint to the AG's office on April 6, after filing a complaint (# [redacted] ) with the Revdex.com on? March 10th.? ? The Revdex.com was unable to get a response from MsL [redacted] and after several weeks they told me that they had exhausted all steps to resolve the complaint and marked the complaint as UNRESOLVED in their system.? ? The Revdex.com was kind enough to instruct me on how to contact the AG's office to see if you could assist in resolving the non-payment issue.? I notified Lisa Line by e-mail and text the day that I mailed the complaint to the AG's office and shortly thereafter I received several checks.? ? After receiving the two checks and accompanying settlement statements I consider the matter closed.? [redacted]

All items were not sold until January.....We previously thought they had been....Settlement was sent.....I was not aware that it had not been received until now...I will look into this and if needed will resend out settlement by the end of the week?
